2026 Utica Boys Fundamental Basketball CampSports Camps2026 UTICA BOYS FUNDAMENTAL BASKETBALL CAMP Purpose of the Camp: The purpose of this camp is to teach and emphasize the importance of fundamental basketball skills. Each participant will receive instruction in both individual and team concepts on offense and defense. All aspects of the game will be taught and practiced daily, including shooting, rebounding, ball handling, and defensive techniques. Campers will also learn the value of understanding the rules of the game and demonstrating good sportsmanship. Staff: The camp is directed by Dave Hinkle and supported by current and former Chieftain players and coaches. A low camper-to-instructor ratio ensures personalized instruction and a high-quality learning experience. What to Bring: All campers should arrive on the first day fully prepared to participate, wearing appropriate athletic shoes, t-shirts, and shorts. Chieftain Elite Strength and ConditioningSports CampsCHIEFTAIN ELITE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING A safe, diverse, and up-to-date strength and conditioning program will be offered throughout the entire summer off-season. Each session is designed to accommodate athletes of all skill levels. Current coaches, alongside collegiate athletes, will lead engaging 90-minute workouts that are both creative and focused on measurable improvement. This program provides an up-tempo training environment and supports athletes from all sports. By the end of the summer, participants will demonstrate enhanced speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, and overall body control. Eisenhower Girls Volleyball CampSports CampsEISENHOWER GIRLS VOLLEYBALL CAMP For Girls Entering Grades 3–9 This volleyball camp is designed to help athletes develop essential skills and improve overall performance on the court. Participants will learn fundamental techniques as well as more advanced skills needed to become confident and competitive players. Daily instruction includes lectures, demonstrations, and drill-based training focused on the techniques and strategies of competitive volleyball. Athletes will be grouped by skill level to ensure appropriate instruction and to maximize development in a challenging and supportive environment. The camp is led by an experienced and dedicated staff, including Caitlin LaPratt, IKE Head Varsity Coach, along with UCS volleyball players. A camp t-shirt is included (adult sizes). Eisenhower Middle School Tennis ClinicSports CampsEISENHOWER MIDDLE SCHOOL TENNIS CLINIC For Boys and Girls Entering Grades 4–8 This tennis clinic is designed to introduce and develop the fundamental skills necessary for success on the court. Participants will learn key techniques, including groundstrokes, volleys, serving, as well as singles and doubles strategy. Instruction will also include scoring and match play fundamentals. The clinic will incorporate a combination of structured practice sessions and competitive match play, providing athletes with the opportunity to apply their skills in game-like situations. This program is ideal for middle school students looking to improve coordination and motor skills while preparing for future participation at the high school level. Utica Football Summer Program - Matthew MarulliSports CampsUTICA FOOTBALL SUMMER PROGRAM Utica Football Strength and Conditioning A safe, varied, unique, and up-to-date strength and conditioning program spanning the entire summer off-season. The program will be catered to prepare athletes for the football season, with workouts designed to increase strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Current Utica football coaches, along with collegiate athletes, will be directing an hour and a half of intense, creative workouts designed to give athletes an up-tempo experience. Different and varied equipment is used to expose athletes to all aspects of strength and conditioning. Students will finish the summer with improved strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, and body control. Utica Football Youth Strength and Speed An introduction to the basics and safety of bodyweight strength, explosiveness, and speed exercises that are safe, varied, unique, and up to date. The program will be catered to prepare youth athletes for the football season, with workouts designed to increase strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Current Utica football coaches, along with collegiate athletes, will be directing creative workouts designed to give athletes an up-tempo experience. Students will finish the summer with improved strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, and body control. Shoes suitable for sprinting and athletic movement, shorts, and a shirt are required. Utica High Football Camp (GRADES: 1-8 & 9-12) This camp will provide intensive teaching sessions that will develop basic football skills for lower grade-level players, with an emphasis on fundamentals, safety, and general understanding of the game of football. Higher-level players will be involved in season preparation while obtaining a jump start on the Utica offense, defense, and special teams. Detailed technique and skills will be emphasized, with each session being mapped out to get the most out of our limited time. Please Note: Please bring your own water!
