AEROBIC JAZZ SESSION 01 & SESSION 02 TOTAL BODY WORK OUT The first 30 minutes will consist of stretching; working on the upper body muscles, waist, sit-ups, lower leg muscles, triceps, biceps and other major areas. TGA GOLF TGA Junior Golf brings the golf course to your child's school. Children learn swing fundamentals, putting, chipping, rules, etiquette and life values in a safe, nurturing environment.
