EISENHOWER GIRLS VOLLEYBALL CAMP For Girls Entering Grades 3–9 This volleyball camp is designed to help athletes develop essential skills and improve overall performance on the court. Participants will learn fundamental techniques as well as more advanced skills needed to become confident and competitive players. Daily instruction includes lectures, demonstrations, and drill-based training focused on the techniques and strategies of competitive volleyball. Athletes will be grouped by skill level to ensure appropriate instruction and to maximize development in a challenging and supportive environment. The camp is led by an experienced and dedicated staff, including Caitlin LaPratt, IKE Head Varsity Coach, along with UCS volleyball players. A camp t-shirt is included (adult sizes). EISENHOWER MIDDLE SCHOOL TENNIS CLINIC For Boys and Girls Entering Grades 4–8 This tennis clinic is designed to introduce and develop the fundamental skills necessary for success on the court. Participants will learn key techniques, including groundstrokes, volleys, serving, as well as singles and doubles strategy. Instruction will also include scoring and match play fundamentals. The clinic will incorporate a combination of structured practice sessions and competitive match play, providing athletes with the opportunity to apply their skills in game-like situations. This program is ideal for middle school students looking to improve coordination and motor skills while preparing for future participation at the high school level.
