Our mission is to provide safe and effective strength and conditioning instruction to all incoming 6th, 7th and 8th grade male and female athletes. They will learn the fundamental movements of the Falcon Strength & Conditioning Program which will lay the foundation for their future athletic careers. Campers will see improvement in their: strength, speed, agility, balance, flexibility and fitness. Ike Football Youth CampSports CampsIKE FOOTBALL YOUTH CAMP Ike Football Youth Camp Join the Eisenhower Eagles Football Program for a high-energy 2-Day Youth Football Camp built to teach the fundamentals of the game in a fun, competitive, and positive environment. Campers will receive instruction from Eisenhower coaches and players while learning football skills, teamwork, discipline, and confidence through drills, competitions, and team activities. This camp is designed for athletes of all skill levels and will focus on speed, agility, position fundamentals, tackling form, offensive and defensive techniques, and overall athletic development. Our goal is to help young athletes grow their love for the game while learning what it means to be part of the Ike Football FAMILY. This program focuses on explosive speed development, functional strength training, and proper movement mechanics that translate directly to performance on the field and in all sports. Athletes will be coached in a structured, high-energy environment that emphasizes accountability, effort, and daily improvement. This is not a “show up and go through the motions” camp—this is where habits are built, standards are set, and real development happens. After experimenting with 3D printing pens, students will become engineers, designers, and scientists wherever they go. MAKERS CLUB Calling all inventors and innovators! This exciting engineering program inspires students to pursue futures in science and technology. While working with Maker Kits, students build mechanical, artistic, and engineering skills and learn to act as inventors in their own right. They design remote-controlled hydraulic arms, learn to harness energy to power race cars, and experiment with structural design. Led by Coach Kyle, our certified instructor and 4.0 DUPR-rated player with over 3,000 hours logged. With small classes capped at 12 students across three courts, you'll receive personalized instruction and plenty of hands-on practice to quickly build confidence and foundational skills. Clinic highlights include: Rules & Scoring:Learn essential rules, scoring basics, and court etiquette. Serving and Returns:Master grips, placement, positioning, and techniques.Dinks and Volleys:Discover strategy, positioning, and effective shot execution.Third Shots & Transitions: Practice crucial third shot drops and drives to transition effectively from baseline to net. Utica Football Summer Program - Matthew MarulliSports CampsUTICA FOOTBALL SUMMER PROGRAM Utica Football Strength and Conditioning A safe, varied, unique, and up-to-date strength and conditioning program spanning the entire summer off-season. The program will be catered to prepare athletes for the football season, with workouts designed to increase strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Current Utica football coaches, along with collegiate athletes, will be directing an hour and a half of intense, creative workouts designed to give athletes an up-tempo experience. Different and varied equipment is used to expose athletes to all aspects of strength and conditioning. Students will finish the summer with improved strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, and body control. Utica Football Youth Strength and Speed An introduction to the basics and safety of bodyweight strength, explosiveness, and speed exercises that are safe, varied, unique, and up to date. The program will be catered to prepare youth athletes for the football season, with workouts designed to increase strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention. Current Utica football coaches, along with collegiate athletes, will be directing creative workouts designed to give athletes an up-tempo experience. Students will finish the summer with improved strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, balance, and body control. Shoes suitable for sprinting and athletic movement, shorts, and a shirt are required. Utica High Football Camp (GRADES: 1-8 & 9-12) This camp will provide intensive teaching sessions that will develop basic football skills for lower grade-level players, with an emphasis on fundamentals, safety, and general understanding of the game of football. Higher-level players will be involved in season preparation while obtaining a jump start on the Utica offense, defense, and special teams. Detailed technique and skills will be emphasized, with each session being mapped out to get the most out of our limited time. Please Note: Please bring your own water! Classes will not take place on half-days or holidays. In the event of a schedule change or class cancellation, the Enrichment team will notify families as soon as possible. Youth & Teen EnrichmentREFUND POLICY: Please contact the Community Education office regarding all class concerns or refund requests. A full refund is guaranteed only if UCS cancels a class. Unless otherwise indicated, refunds will be the amount of tuition minus a $5.00 processing fee. Refunds will be granted only if cancellations are requested seven days prior to the exact start date of class, minus the $5.00 processing fee. If a refund is requested less than seven days prior to the exact start date of the class, you will receive a credit voucher to your account minus the $5.00 processing fee that will need to be used for another class offered by Community Education by June 30th of the current year. Supplies, trophies, T- shirts, etc. will not be refunded. If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. No refunds will be paid in cash. No refunds will be given once classes/camps begin. Classes/camps will not be pro-rated if participant is unable to attend class for any circumstance. There are no refunds or make up dates for cancelled sessions due to inclement weather or building closures. All returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee. NOTIFICATION OF CLASSES: In the event of cancellation or change to the class/camp you or your child are enrolled in you will be notified by an email, phone, or text using the email and phone number listed in your Eleyo account.
