BASEMENTDRUMMERS FITNESS CAMP

This program is designed for the young and energetic to help them grow healthier and smarter with Cardio Drumming. At our high-energy sessions we use drumsticks or pool noodles to pound an exercise ball to a musical beat, incorporating full-body movements and rhythms. It trains one’s coordination, cognitive functions, musical ear, provides effective workout and gives a lot of fun. The 3-hour program combines fitness practices, brain training activities, games, story reading and simple art projects enriching the kids’ knowledge about drumming practices throughout the world.

Please Note:

• Classes will not take place on half-days or holidays.
• In the event of a schedule change or class cancellation, the Enrichment team will notify families as soon as possible.
• Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement will be canceled two business days prior to the start date. Participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
• We encourage early registration and recommend that participants invite peers to join to help avoid cancellations!
• All classes are offered at a flat rate and are not subject to proration.
