IKS SPEED AND STRENGTH CAMP

The Eisenhower Football Summer Speed and Strength Camp is designed to build complete athletes—faster, stronger, and more disciplined. This program focuses on explosive speed development, functional strength training, and proper movement mechanics that translate directly to performance on the field and in all sports. Athletes will be coached in a structured, high-energy environment that emphasizes accountability, effort, and daily improvement. This is not a “show up and go through the motions” camp—this is where habits are built, standards are set, and real development happens. If you’re serious about improving your performance and separating yourself from the pack, this is where it starts.

Please Note:

• Classes will not take place on half-days or holidays.
• In the event of a schedule change or class cancellation, the Enrichment team will notify families as soon as possible.
• Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement will be canceled two business days prior to the start date. Participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
• We encourage early registration and recommend that participants invite peers to join to help avoid cancellations!
• All classes are offered at a flat rate and are not subject to proration.
