AEROBIC JAZZ 

SESSION 01 & SESSION 02

TOTAL BODY WORK OUT

• The first 30 minutes will consist of stretching; working on the upper body muscles, waist, sit-ups, lower leg muscles, triceps, biceps and other major areas. Light hand and/or ankle weights are encouraged to get the toning effect. 
• The other 30 minutes of class will be dedicated to the fun jazzy steps to get you hopping and hollering while listening to top 40’s music. 

Please Note: 

• Please bring comfortable Tennis Shoes & Workout Mat.
• Classes will NOT take place on half-days or holidays.
• Class is held at Wiley Elementary School (GYM).
• There are two sessions in this entire course: SESSION 01 & SESSION 02 (not all sessions need to be attended).
• If there is a schedule change or a class cancellation, the Enrichment team will contact families as soon as possible.
• Classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. We recommend registering early to help avoid cancellations!
• All classes are offered at a flat rate and are not subject to proration.
